Is there parallax (distortion) in the photos? If so, do you have the capability to reshoot the scene? It is possible to photograph this in a way that produces no distortion, but it requires a little setup. Obviously, it's best to get things right in the camera, rather than trying to 'fix' them later. However, sometimes shooting the thing again just isn't possible. If there is lens distortion ( introduced by using either a very wide angle lens, or lots of zoom) combined with the parallax, the result may be difficult at best to merge correctly. Could you perhaps post two or three of the images, so we could see for ourselves what we're dealing with? - Joe U.
